Today Ben had a breakthrough at bath time. Smiles! And laughter! Oh joy!
He was really eager to sit up, which is his favorite position these days. Mom's hand is behind him to keep him from tottering side to side, but he sits up on his own really well.
Unfortunately, the joy did not last. The rest of the day was unusually and frustratingly grumpy. Could it be that some teeth are coming in? The Doc did say that teething could start as early as 4 months, which is just around the corner.
The few breaks of happiness were wonderful, though, and Mom was sure to get plenty of cuddling time, which seemed to help his mood.
