Vocabulary

We at the Daily want to take a little interlude in the Birthday Countdown to do a quick review of Benjamin's growing list of words. (For your edification.)

Roughly in chronological order:

Dadt (Dad); Father person. Also sometimes pronounced "Dabby".
Momomoma (Mom); Mother person. Usually uttered when distressed and reaching for Mom.
At (that); Said while pointing to everything, as in, "What's that?"
Cat (cat); Also pronounced "tat" or "at"
Bah (bye); Good bye, usually said with a wave, after the person has left.
Ish (fish); Goldfish crackers. A favorite snack.
Chiss (cheese); Another favorite snack.
Boon (balloon); One of his favorite toys. Most round objects are called "boons".
Hieee (hi); A salutation, said with a big, toothy grin.
Ooch (?); Unknown meaning, but said often, usually while pointing.
Cheery (Cheerios); One of his first finger foods.

This list continues to grow and will be updated accordingly.
